For optimal service, we recommend booking your appointment in advance, but walk-ins are still welcome. You can schedule online or by calling us. Haircut appointments require a $25 deposit, while color, perm, or other chemical services require a $100 deposit. Color or balayage services should have a consultation first. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. You can notify us via email or phone.
Cancellations or Rescheduling:
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will serve as the cancellation fee.
Late for Your Appointment:
If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is consider cancelled and deposit forfeited. We understand unforeseen events may occur and thank you for your kind consideration for the time of both our stylists and clients.
Refund Policy:
We do not provide refunds for services. We do however offer a SEEFU Guarantee on all our services. If you are not satisfied with your service please let us know within 7 days and we will try our best to remedy the situation. In case a correction appointment is needed, it should be scheduled within 21 days from your original appointment; beyond this period additional fees may apply.
